Ever think about how much you sit? Probably not. But if you think about how much you stand you may start to realize just how much time you spend sitting. For many, a typical day means going from the driver seat, to the office chair, back to the driver seat, and upon returning home at the end of a long day, more sitting. We’re literally sitting our days away, and it’s time to take a stand! Our goal is to motivate you to get up and move at least five minutes for every hour you sit. Why? Because your health depends on it! Sitting increases your risk of developing heart disease, cancer, obesity, diabetes, depression, and a host of other diseases. So take a deep breath and hear us out. You have what it takes. Shall we stand?
