Condition Management

If you are living with a chronic health condition, condition management wellness coaching will provide you with the specialization and expertise you need to create a personalized wellness plan. Coaching is offered for the following:

  • Healthy weight
  • Heart failure
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol

Lifestyle Management

Focuses on reducing health risks by making effective and sustainable lifestyle changes to manage your overall health:

  • Start an exercise routine
  • Reduce stress
  • Lose a few pounds
  • Improve sleep habits
  • Create a nutrition plan

Interested in getting tailored information addressing a focused issue such as nutrition, fitness, stress or sleep? Schedule one or two sessions with a member of our team to get personalized health coaching guidance at your convenience. Does not qualify for incentive.

Revive

Modern life is busy and chaotic, and now in ways that we’ve not anticipated or experienced before. We are stretched to our limits, tired, weary and seeking respite. Drop in for a few wellness sessions with us this Spring. We will take time to rest our bodies and minds. We will explore practices to renew our energy and restore our peace of mind.

Pause

Stressed? Overwhelmed? Pause offers you a new lens for viewing and managing your stress. This program offers a unique blend of stress reduction techniques designed to help you manage stress in and out of the workplace. Come to understand your stress in a new way while learning practical techniques to reduce your stress, increase your mindfulness and promote mind-body integration.

Dates: Wednesdays, July 13 - August 3, 12:00pm
Completion: Attend 4 of 4 weekly sessions

Back on Track

Learn how to prevent common back pain, reduce back discomfort, and minimize your risk for back injury. Bend, lift, squat, stretch and move your way to better health! Includes an optional 1:1 session with an exercise specialist. Final, movement-bases session will be held in-person.

Dates: Thursdays, June 2 - 23, 12:00pm
Completion: Attend 4 of 4 weekly sessions

Make-Up Policy

  • Weight Loss at Work

    Make-up sessions are not permitted. Participants must attend 9 of 12 sessions for program completion.

  • The Re/Ignite Series

    Make-up sessions are not permitted. Participants must attend 5 of 6 sessions for program completion.

  • Back on Track and Pause

    One make up session is permitted and must be approved prior to the missed class. In the case of after-class notice, no make-up session will be granted and the individual will no longer be eligible for their incentive.

    Make-up sessions will take place 1:1 via phone or telehealth at the convenience of the instructor and must be completed within 2 weeks of the last scheduled group session. If schedules do not align, the participant will forfeit the program incentive.

Employee Assistance Program

Professional and confidential guidance provided at no cost for employees and their immediate family members. EAP will help assess issues, and provide short-term counseling and referrals as needed with life events including:
